The International Spice box is full of flavorful seasonings to bring some zest to your plate. This month’s International Spices are:
- Orange Fire- adds a ginger, citrus, berber spice twist to any steamed vegetable, chicken, fish or meat.
- Cook Slow Chicken- a little basil, garlic, onion and sumac berry set a new standard for chicken stew.
- Kinda BBQy- ever wanted a pinch of barbeque, but not the whole sauce? Look no further, the cinnamon sugar, smoked garlic and smoked paprika come together for the perfect hint of barbeque.
- The Sumac Down- the wasabi powder, sumac berries and garlic gives a little kick to fish, roasted vegetables or any meat.
- Veg-Ah-Rissa- yep, you guessed it….Harrisa Seasoning, garlic, black lime, garlic and lime salt all showed up to the vegetable party.
- Curry on and Eat Fish- this seasoning is truly the Billy D of the sea. The Grains of paradise brings some heat, the lemon peel, the oregano, a host of other spices and of course curry were made for fish, any fish.
- Booyao Fish- say ras el honout, sumac berry and salt really fast.
